Why Brazilian Jiu Jitsu?
It’s easier to improve your health and fitness with a new hobby, not only is BJJ the martial art which became extremely popular because of its success in the early UFC events but it’s still a huge part of modern MMA. It’s trained around the world by the military & police for its effectiveness in combat situations which include self defence.
In Jiu Jitsu you won’t just learn about Takedowns, Arm Locks and Chokes you’ll learn how to make good decisions under pressure and how to relax when you feel uncomfortable.
The truth is it’s very addictive and this is a great way to start!
What’s Included?
12 lessons over 12 weeks with our instructors in a small group (additional training will be available if you get the bug for it quickly)
Also included is a Gi and White Belt the uniform we wear to train in Jiu Jitsu.
When are the classes?
Classes will run 9am every Sunday, you’ll also be welcome to meet up and train with others from the course during our open mats.
Cost of the course & Gi is only £120
